Scrumptious Kebab For Lunch Box

No wonder the lunch box is mom’s love outside the home. Therefore, every mom wants to make their kid’s lunch box healthy and nutritious. But kids are always attracted towards junk food that seems delicious but unhealthy. So, here are two scrumptious kebab recipes for a lunch box that is tasty and healthy. With Chapli Kebab and Shami Kebab, kids can fill their stomachs, and they will stay active and energetic.

  1. Shami Kebab Recipe

Take a large pressure cooker, add water to it along with beef pieces. Also, add split chickpea lentil, chopped onion, whole red chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and Shami Kebab Masala Powder. Cover the pressure cooker and cook until meat is tender and water is evaporated. It will take almost 30 minutes. Now, remove it from the pressure cooker and let it cool.

In a blender, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, and grind well. Now add mince mixture to it and grind until combined well. Slightly grease your hands and prepare disc-shaped Shami Kebab. Beat one egg with salt and pepper. In a large pan, add oil and heat it. Now coat the kebabs with egg batter and shallow fry them. Put the kebabs intothe lunch box and serve with chutney or ketchup.

  1. Chapli Kebab Recipe

Chapli Kebab is another mouthwatering recipe that can be given for lunch. Take a large pan and grease it. Add two whisked eggs to it and cook. In a chopper, take onions and chop well. Squeeze the extra water from the onions and set it aside.

Now finely chop the green chilies, and add chopped onions and chilies to beef mince. Add meat fat to it, too, for a juicier kabab. Also, add ginger-garlic paste, green coriander leaves, Chapli Kebab masala, salt, and mix well with your hands. Now add one egg and gram flour to it. Also, add deseeded and chopped tomatoes along with the fried egg. Mix it until combined. Now refrigerate it for half an hour.

Once the mixture is marinated well, wet your hands with icy cold water and prepare a large chapli kebab. Place it in the frying pan with oil and shallow fry them. Mouthwatering kebabs are ready. You can serve it with chutney or tomato ketchup according to the choice.

Variation: You can make a sandwich of these kebabs too. Just add Chapli Kebab or Shami Kebab piece onto two slices of bread, with some chopped veggies, and then add some chutney or ketchup to it.
